The SCM 24.12 release includes the following enhancements and fixes:
- Organization validation now tracks what certificate types it applies to. If public SMIME certificates are not needed, then an SSL-only validation can be performed. (SCM-11141)
- The SSL certificate profile Domain Policy attribute has been updated to include an option for Hostname in addition to FQDN, wildcards or IP address. (SCM-11203)
- SSL certificates can now be manually marked as renewed. This prevents unnecessary notifications if a replacement certificate was issued via another method. (SCM-4840/SCM-10617)
- A new column has been added to the SSL Certificates view to show the Renewed timestamp. (SCM-11028)
- SSL Certificates Reports filtered by expiry date automatically ignore all renewed certificates. (SCMSERVICE-1113)
- SSL Certificates can now be filtered by comments. (SCM-7537)
- Audit Report now includes the timestamp of events. (SCMSERVICE-1112)
- Code signing enrollment forms now treat shipping address as mandatory. (SCMSERVICE-1095)
- Email DCV now supports using DNS TXT records to set an address for validation. (SCM-11143)
- New REJECT status for DCV requests in case the domain is on the blocklist. (SCM-11288)
- Newly created organizations/departments have Web/REST API access enabled for SSL/client certificates by default. (SCM-7532)
- Ability to update organization/department contacts via API. (SCM-10380)
- Ability to update organization EV details via API. (SCM-11217)
